IN SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA, THE ABUSED, PREGNANT TEEN GIRL IS RENDERED VOICELESS. HER CRY FOR HELP IS ONE OF THOUSANDS. MOST TIMES, IT GOES IGNORED.

The Kukhoma Project exists to answer her cry.

The Kukhoma Project serves young mothers in Zambia who have become pregnant from abuse. Through our residential program and community outreach, we help girls find hope and healing as they build brighter futures for their growing families.

The Girls

1 out of every 3 Zambian females will become pregnant as a teenager. We’re working to change that.

The Program

In our full-time care facility, we provide programs that aim to restore, equip, and empower teen mothers and their families. In the community, our outreach team works to create culture-wide change.
